Data Deletion Instructions

At Xbooks, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Option 1: Delete via App

  1. Open the Xbooks application on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. This action is irreversible and will delete all your books, transactions, and personal data.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request data deletion by emailing our support team.

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: Request for Account Deletion.
  3. Please send the email from the address associated with your Xbooks account.
  4. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been permanently deleted.

Data Retention

Once your account is deleted, all your personal information, transaction records, and generated reports will be permanently removed from our servers. We do not retain any backup copies of your data after the deletion process is complete.
